General Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at gvbet is ৳200 (two hundred taka). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposited funds will only be returned via the same payment method used to make the deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount at gvbet is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Verification Process

For security purposes, gvbet may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. A copy of your national identity card or passport and proof of payment method may be requested.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

gvbet is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Suspicious transactions or unusual deposit/withdrawal activity may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gvbet will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 (twenty thousand taka). A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met to qualify for this bonus.

For example, if you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive a bonus of ৳4,000 at 200%. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager (৳2,000 deposit + ৳4,000 bonus) × 25 = ৳150,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per member.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus offers are valid only within the time period stated in the promotional terms.
• Misusing bonuses through multiple accounts may result in the cancellation of all associated accounts.
• gvbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

gvbet's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Reaching a higher VIP level depends on regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform.

Section 06

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue during a live game, the wagered amount will be returned to the relevant account.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by the systems of gvbet's game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the game provider's server logs and gvbet's records will serve as the final evidence.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet amount is set for each game or betting market, which is displayed in the game interface. gvbet reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.4 Technical Errors

Any winnings resulting from clearly incorrect odds, faulty payouts, or technical errors are not valid. In such cases, gvbet reserves the right to reclaim the relevant funds.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gvbet:

• Attempting to influence game results using fraudulent methods, software, or techniques
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts ("bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse")
• Playing games using any computer program, bot, or automated system
• Colluding with other members against the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
• Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity
• Spreading harmful information or making false claims against gvbet

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 gvbet's Authority

gvbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Where clear evidence of a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• Where identity verification has not been completed
• Where suspicious or unusual transaction activity is detected
• Upon order of a court or authority
• In cases of extended inactivity (in accordance with policy)

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Limitation of Liability

gvbet is not liable for any direct or indirect financial loss arising from use of the platform, though customers' rights under applicable law remain protected.

gvbet makes every effort to ensure continuity of service; however, gvbet will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by the following:

• Internet disconnection or bandwidth issues
• Server downtime of third-party game providers
• Force majeure events
• Technical issues with the payment gateway

In any circumstance, gvbet's maximum liability will be limited to the account balance of the member involved in the relevant incident.
